Optional phone and email alerts
Select ‘I’ve hung it out’ and HangWashing will check the forecast every 15 minutes for up to 12 hours. Choose phone notifications, email, or both if rain or rising humidity could leave washing wet or damp again.
Bring-it-in guidance
Get a recommended bring-in time before conditions deteriorate, or an immediate warning when that safe time has already passed.

Anyone can check a postcode forecast, drying score and seven-day outlook. Accounts are optional and are used only for features that need saved preferences or alerts.
Privacy remains a feature
HangWashing does not require a profile for ordinary forecasts. Location memory, account history, phone notifications and email alerts remain user-controlled, while Google or secure email codes handle authentication without HangWashing storing passwords.
